I was checking out the plants yesterday and noticed that 2 of my Catts had a root rot problem
. I cut the old rotted roots out that was all of them, sprayed them with Physan 20 sprinkled them with Cinnamon. I soaked the dried sphagnum moss in a KLN solution and wraped it around the base of the plants. Now here is the question what is the proper way of the sphag & bag method? Do I put the base of the plant in a bag? or do I put the plant in a pot with the sphag as a potting medium and place a bag over the whole thing?
The plants have no roots at all now (my fault because I did not repot when I got them) but you can see where roots are starting (bumps) on them. There is also new growth on both plants.
