ODA. Lovely Penguin Emperor: will it re-bloom?

I aquired a commercially grown plant that has a sticker reading as above. The plant had a single bulbous pseudobulb and a spike in bloom. After the flowers fell, I clipped the spike and moved the thing to the back row. A new pseudobulb appeared and spiked and bloomed. I moved the thing to the back row.
Later, someone's clumsy elbow knocked over the pot and in the ensuing excitement the 2 bulbs were separated and, therefore, repotted. Now the younger bulb is showing signs of generating another pseudobulb. But the elder is just sitting there taking up good counter space.

My question is this: Will that older bulb ever do anything more or is it... finished? My limited experience is with phals, oncs (whose spikes just keep making buds) and a single paph (which seems to march ever forward, never blooming from the old roots).

Second question, what is this thing anyhow? ODA. Very clearly written it is.. I don't seem to find it anywhere. No photos of the flowers to post at this time (I usually just look, sniff, and walk on, forgetting to immortalize in digital format..)

I'm not too sure about the bulb. It might produce more growth....or it might not.

As for your second question. ODA is the abbreviation of Odontioda, an oncidium intergeneric. Does your look like this? Odontioda Lovely Penguin Emperor

If the old bulb has a dormant "eye" it may start a new growth. It will probably take awhile though. Back bulbs can be slow starters.
