Winter Rest
I have two, I think, that need a winter rest.
Dendrobium nobile Love Memory ‘Fizz’
Dendrobium nobile Red Emperor ‘Prince’

Winter rest means no fertilizer and less water. They are likely to be severely damaged or even die if you don't water them at all.
