Default Encyclia Ramonense - Fading Fast

I have an encyclia ramonense mounted on tree fern that is having some difficulty. It has one leaf left and a growing bulb but it's ailing. It had mealy bug, but we appear to have conquered that - I see no signs of it. I am growing it under lights and make sure to mist it - but I hear they don't like overwatering so I'm careful with it. I see no signs of new growth and once this one leaf goes, that's pretty much it. Any suggestions? I have other encyclia that are doing just fine.

Apparently the taxonomists have decided that one is properly known as Encyclia ceratistes, and according to orchidspecies.com, it is a warm to hot grower that originates in very wet forests.

Well that's a very useful piece of information - I certainly haven't been treating it that way at all. I'll make that change ASAP and see what happens. Thanks!
