Lucky guy! I'm going to an open house at Schreibers orchids on Saturday. I already know that I'm bringing home a baby Paph supardii but hopefully i can bring home a couple buddies with it. It's fun to get new plants!

Way to go Scott. I also went on a buying spree,

I went to a small show that only had a few vendors in Vero Bch and I bought a Psychopis Mariposa, Blra Marfitch 'Howards Dream' , Vuyl Gall in Love 'Lovely Lady' and a Cymbidium Everglades Gold, that was two weekends ago. These are my first Oncidiums.

Saturday I went to visit an local orchid growers greenhouse and had a wonderful time checking out their beautiful greenhouse and trying to soak up all that growing knowledge, their plants sure were doing great, over 7000 of them WOW. I bought two unnamed Cymbidiums crosses and a Cattylea Maxima(have been wanting that for a long time):

I'll have to take pix but my camera just ran out of batteries and I've been too busy running around buying orchids to stock up on the batteries. ( I know excuses excuses)
Somehow, my willpower to visit orchid greenhouses and just LOOK kinda flew out the windowsill. I have to say I was just overcome by their BEAUTY, and I just had to have them..... It is true and made my day.
