Default Help! Gnats!

I think I have gnats in my orchid room. Tiny black things flying around. Well actually I have only seen two but don't want it getting out of control. I have two products here - Schultz Fungus Gnat and Neem OIl. Which one should I use?
Thanks for your help.

Shine a light behind the sheath. If there is the shadow of little round things inside you have buds! I've used a flashlight.
