Question Can't find it

Are there basic "care sheets" on this forum somewhere for each species?

I've looked, but can't find.

::edit:: Woops! THERE'S the glossary, sorry. :#)

Not here (that I have found) but check out this site --> http://www.orchidspecies.com/ It has very basic care by using the icons. It's a good starting point.

Also check out http://www.orchidspot.com/index.html for rather limited care and photos.

I usually just do a Google search for the plant I am looking for or check out one of my many reference manuals.

As for glossary of terms see "Glossary" link to the left of this panel (right under "topsites")

Thanks! Heh - you must have been posting this right about the time I edited my post. The second I hit "post", I noticed the glossary (right there, big as day!). Woops

We are bouncing around the idea of puitting together a section of care sheets...written by our members.
If you feel you can offer some good advice, please feel free to do a Member Article. If we get enough people contributing, we could put together a great reference area.

I'd be happy to write for the board, in the future - but right now I'm brand-spanking new, and have no clue what I was doing. Hence the looking for caresheets.

I love the info on this site, though - I've been reading through the forums, and I see a lot of very nice, very knowledgeable people here. I'm glad to have found this place.

What is the process of submitting such a sheet?

I think you can also find care sheets on the AOS website covering most of them. Catts, dends, phals, paphs, etc.
