Nothing to worry about! You can leave them or, you can do a re-pot.
I have not seen any significant differences. What you'll have to do though, if you decide to keep the plants as they are now is water more frequently until the medium becomes porous. I never soak bark. I typically put it in a pot of water, bring it to a boil then, simmer for 15 minutes, rinse it in cold water in a colander and wait for it to cool off...about an hour. If you decide to re-pot, it won't hurt your plants to leave them out of their pots until you get your bark prepared, if you choose to use the method I've just explained.
