Nothing to worry about! You can leave them or, you can do a re-pot.

I have not seen any significant differences. What you'll have to do though, if you decide to keep the plants as they are now is water more frequently until the medium becomes porous. I never soak bark. I typically put it in a pot of water, bring it to a boil then, simmer for 15 minutes, rinse it in cold water in a colander and wait for it to cool off...about an hour. If you decide to re-pot, it won't hurt your plants to leave them out of their pots until you get your bark prepared, if you choose to use the method I've just explained.

UPDATE

Thank you all for your advice.
Don't worry about the over potting thing. I'm certain I didn't do that. They are in pots the same size as the last ones, and I could just fit them in. I will definitely buy some wooden chop sticks today, although I rather doubt I am over watering, since the bark doesn't hold any water at all. As of right now, I'm planning on leaving the two dens alone, and just try not to move them around if I can avoid it. I will admit that I have trouble with this since the light that comes in my window is very erratic, and if I leave them there all day, they will burn.
I did repot the paph, mostly because I had to. It got knocked over yesterday, so I took that as my chance to repot it. I wet the bark with boiling water then let it cool, and I think that helped. It definitely feels more secure in the pot now, and looks to be retaining a bit more water than before.

thanks!!!
