Exclamation seedlings, should i repot?

Hello,
I just got 3 seedlings in the mail today? should I repot them, or wait til they've grown some more? They look heathy enough, but they are in little flimsy plastic pots and i want to make sure that they are well taken care of.
Thanks

Wow! Can you post Pics? Usually, the vendor has the seedlings established for many weeks.

Oh oh oh! I have the same question. I just bought this Phal. Atien Kaala x [Phal. Mt. Kaala x Phal. Yukimai] seedling from a local plant nursery. Most of their orchids where in bad condition, but this little guy looked alright.

The pot is maybe 1.5" in diameter, and there is so much root growth that it is pushing the plant out of the pot! I thought I should repot, but figured I should probably ask the experts first...

sorry these pictures aren't great. let's see, my three plants are: paphiopedilum barbie x nalight (i can't remember exactly, but it's 'something' light), dendrobium spectabile, and dendrobium macrophyllum, in that order.

they look fine I wouldnt repot unless the media insode is really broken down, especially for the paph, but other than that they should be fine for a few more months in those pots. Just remember to water.
