that bottom leaf is definitely rotting from the bottom, which can be a sign that water got into the crown..
but the rest of the plant looks healthy, the brown markings at the base of the other leaves is normal.. if that leaf goes (which it will), the rest of the plant might be OK.

i'd cut back on the watering though, looks like the medium is pretty old as well, is it? maybe repot it into a fresher mix and be prepared to slice off the rotting crown if that is the problem.

Daniel. It's oftentimes not how often you water, but how much wetness is retained in the mix. I water my larger Paphs like 2-3 times per week and the minis every other day. But the root zones are dry by then. Changing the mix will probably do the job. If you can lay your hands on some Thiomyl, I would recommend treating the bare root plant with this (leaves and roots) before repotting. Thiomyl OSG23: Camp Lot A Noise Tropicals It's a systemic meant to stop rot from the inside. It works well.

Id carefully remove the rotted leaf, then wash your hands and sterilize the cutting tool if used. This stuff can spread readily.

Even hydrogen peroxide would be be better than nothing to start. Do you use fans for air movement? If not, id use one to create gentle air movement around the plant (never directly on the plant). This will help reduce rots. Or, if conditions allow, put the plant outside during the day in a shady spot to get fresh moving air.
