Default THE ROOTS

I have many Cyrtochilum Macranthum, it's lovely.... but the new roots ( white whit green) are growing up... That's OK?? I try to force them down but they break ... How can I do that operation without breaking the roots... The plant need a bigger pot???

so many questions so little space...

A photo would be great to see, but it sounds like you are talking about aerial roots – roots which grow out into the air. That is definitely ok, and you don't have to worry about getting them to go down into the pot.
