Default 2nd brassia witch doctor

ok I have a second brassia that put of a great spike with no browning was very happy but the leaves have gotten very long and limp not yellowing tho any suggestion welcomed thanks

well have pics on my computer but cant figure how to upload I did the pic and it ask for the address I have no idea not on a web site
