SC = Cattleya x Sophronitis
Pot = Potinara = Brassavola x Cattleya x Laelia x Sophronitis
Burr = Burrageara = Cochlioda x Miltonia x Odontoglossum x Oncidium

These are all called "Intergenerics" meaning crosses between two or more genera of orchids.

Sophrocattleya and Potinara are hybrids in the Cattleya Alliance
Sophrocattleya = Sophronitis x Cattleya
Potinara = Brassavola x Cattleya x Laelia x Sophronitis

Burrageara is an Oncidium Intergeneric Hybrid
Burrageara = Cochlioda x Miltonia x Odontoglossum x Oncidium

This is a great resource for abbreviations -

Wasn't sure you were on or I'd have let you have this one. It was an easy reply. You have the latest Intergeneric Makeup Listing from 7/1/2007, right?
