Default Waiting for my new orchids to arrive

I am going grazy
I ordered 12 new orchids from Germany and waiting for them to get to me. DHL tracking is my best friend right now
Here is the list of my new friends:
Podangis dactyloceras
Bulbophyllum 'Elizabeth Ann'
Masdevallia nidifica
Laelia harpophylla
Bulbophyllum sikkimense
Bulbophyllum oxypterum
Dendrochilum magnum
Maxillaria sophronitis
Maxillaria tenuifolia
Phragmipedium wallisii
Neofinetia falcata

I hope that I will not **** up with potting them. If you have any succestions of what medium any of those orchids like then let me know
I will post some when the orchids arrive

Scruffy what medium do you keep your Neo in ??? Mine is potted in coconut fiber but I think that it gets dry too fast. Should I repot it into spaghnum moss. It's almost done blooming and I've lost some of the bottom leaves. Any suggestions??

Sounds good to me Roly. Better to spend on chids than postage!

Neofinetia falcata is actually my favorite orchid. My husband had one and it always flowered but then one year it just died. It actually died at the same time when I was getting "orchid fever" so it was especially sad. After that it took me couple of months to find a place what would sell them. So this shipment of orchids comes only because I wanted to get a new neofinetia

The best way to wait for the shipment is buy orchids from the local store. I bought Dendrobium Bonchoo Gold for just 7 dollars

Great selection. My Podangis dactyloceras is blooming now. It sure is a pretty little thing. I may try to find another one and plant the two together in a pretty oblong pot which I have. That pot is shallow and is just waiting for something to show off.

Liisa said "The best way to wait for the shipment is buy orchids from the local store." Ooh I may have to head back to Lowe's then. They had some lovelies just waiting for a good home. The chids in a bag at Home Depot looked too far gone for a full price purchase.
