Cattleya Spotting?...

I've had this plant for about 2 months was doing fine, lately started noticing some darker spots on the leaves than others- and on the edges some dark ridges)...
The plant has like 7 pseudobulbs this discoloration is occuring on the 2 older ones, im worried about it spreading- most importantly is this a bacterial problem, dryness, sunburn, or insect of sorts?....
I grow this plant in my growing room, east window but about 1.5 feet away since the sun here is brutal, I checked on the leaves this morning and they were "warm"...
Also some tiny black dots- thought it was scale so tried scraping off with toothbrush and such- I dont know whats going on...
