Hi Peggy! Moth orchid is the common name for the genre Phalaeonopsis. So basically any Phal. can also be called a Moth orchid. A Phal type Den. is really a Dendrobium with flowers that somewhat resemble a Phal. I personally don't really see the similarity but that's just me. Taxonomy is enough to make experienced growers cross their eyes!
