As a newbie myself, I would ask whether, not only repotting but separating 2 plants while they were so happily in bloom may have pushed them over the edge, along with other environmental problems..not enough water, or too much "100 degree" temps.. My first phal dropped all the flowers and lost the bud (blast?) shortly after I repotted it..I thought it was in a too small pot; but if Angel's phal was blooming so beautifully, it must not have minded the "close quarters." That's my novice 2 cents!..I'm sure with love and attention...they will both return to health...Mine is doing fine so far!...Eileen
we've all been there, my first phal suffered pretty much the same way yours did, but worry not, we live and learn and you'll see the orchids to come will last you long

Thanks Priz
I'm slowly learning about my precious phals and will soon (hopefully) get the hang of it. I've already learned so much, thanks to everyone here on orchid board. Pics of my new baby coming SOON!
