If this where my chids, i would repot them back into a pot with bark, and then use a clear bag to put over the hole chid and pot, leaving it open at the bottom for some air to come thru (or you can close it at the bottom, and make a little hole in the top).
Then i would place it somewhere shady, be carefull with the watering (less than normal watering-shedule in youre conditions), and just let it be.

If you see theres mold (withe stuff) growing, then i would take the bag of and let the chid dry up a bit, before putting the bag back on.

I have not had any luck with the sphag and bag in a closed bag before, probably becourse i was doing something wrong, but this method of sphag and bag seems to work better for me.
