Default I'm a sick Catt, what do I have?

This guy is just not getting better. I thought it would be a matter of time and new growths since the weird brown stuff didn't expand, now the new growth has gotten a black tip even though the rest of the plant pretty much stayed the same. The second oldest p-bulb has yellowed now. The brown areas are not mushy at all they just feel like a normal leaf except for the bumps. I marked the leaves with a marker to see if the brown patches were spreading; they aren't. Does anyone have an idea what's going on here?

EDIT: I always take pictures right after watering. It's on a 4 day watering schedule and it's quite dried out by the 3rd day.

Your media looks like solid bark (no spaces for air circulation) and appears very wet. It may be decomposing and rotting your roots. If all your roots die the plant cannot take in water and your pseudobulbs will shrivel and the general health of the plant will suffer. I can't tell from the photo if your baby is planted in a pot with added holes for drainage that are designed for orchids. How long has it been since it was repotted with fresh media. It looks like your problem may be a result of overwatering and old or improper potting media. I do see some new roots emerging. I'd replant this one ASAP is a media mix of bark, charcoal, and pearlite and let it recover one week before resuming a watering schedule. I never water my Catts more than twice a week. You must let the media dry completely each time before you water or you'll risk root rot. I hope this was helpful. Good Luck!

: Your p'bulbs look really shriveled. Almost looks like the moisture isn't getting to the plant.
What kind of conditions is it living in? I would almost try to increase the humidity and watering schedule, but only after switching to maybe a semi-hydroponic medium.
Are you fertilizing it?
It's good that there's some root growth there. Keep encouraging that growth, maybe some K-L-N might help those roots keep a comin and help prevent shock.
I thought for a second you had a dendrobium there cus it was so shriveled!
