Default Update on my keiki that I discovered thanks to you guys!
about a month ago I posted a thread about this foreign object growing from the base of one of my phalaenopsis orchids. You guys identified it as a keiki, and right you were! Here are the pictures of it now!

It doesn't have any roots yet, but it is beginning to grow one on the very base. And also is growing a new leaf. Score!
