Default Paph. Help

This is my Paph. Jogjae and it's in pretty bad shape. Is there any way I can still save this guy? I don't see any new roots or growths developing at all.

It looks pretty wet (or has been kept pretty wet.) The roots are supposed to brown and hairy like that, but the root tips should be white(ish) if they are actively growing. I'd repot to a standard Paph mix, water with KLN mix at transplant strength (I think that's 1 tsp/gal water - check lable) and just watch the pot. Can you find a clear container with holes? Try the bottom of a 1 litre soda bottle or bottled water bottle. Burn holes or carve them with a knife. This will let you determine when to water. If you see water beads on the container, wait a day or two. You could also place the repotted plant in a plastic bag. Keep this out of high light and especially out of sun.
