Paph. flower finally fading... what to do?

My Paph. 'Green Heron' x 'Mystic Jewel' is finally starting to drop its flower after a lovely 2 months of blooming... I bought it in flower at a show the first weekend in April so I'm very happy that it bloomed for so long! My question concerns what to do next... it seems like I should just let it dry out and fall off on its own? Is there any possibility of a Paph. like this re-blooming? Also, when I bought it, the lady at the booth said it would definitely need repotting after the bloom finished... how soon can I repot it?

From what I have been told it will not re blooom and you can repot as soon as the flowers are done.

I don't know if this particular variety will rebloom, but some Paphs rebloom from the same spike.

I would wait until the spike starts shriveling to repot or cut off the spike.
