Default Brown spots, yellow spots on leaves & etc.
I have noticed that some of the leaves start to have brown spots, yellow spots and so on. Could anyone tell me why?

Looks like a variety of different insect damage to me.

Insect? Should I use some kind of spray on them or should I chage the earth?
