What in the world does this look like is wrong with this dendrob?

Pic is too small for my eyes but what I could see it looks like it's letting go of it's old leaves. If that is the case then there is no problem. What exactly do you find wrong with it?

i cut the other leaves off of it because they looked sick, red with blackspots that were yellowing on them.
