Default A litle help please with my vandoncid

I have a Vanda hanging on the outside wall next to an Oncidium of some sort. They have been happy next to each other for at least a year now maybe two. I looked at the Onc. and thought it might be time to repot it. I noticed when I tried to bring the Onc down that the vanda has made a home or at least has grown attached to the Onc. I need to break this up so I can repot?!? I am thinking if I wet the heck out of it, it will slip out easily.Am I right? Im a little bit afraid of doing some damage to either. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Joe, I don't think that it looks that bad, The thick vanda roots will probably will just lift off with gentle lifting a little soaking, and if you brake a few of the Onc. roots it should not be a big problem. Just be patient and save as many as you can.

Default now for the paphs

Thanks Dave, I can now proceed without worries.
I have another question..I purhased these two Paphs and had them picked up for me. I think one of them might be dried up or otherwise damaged. I am showing both pics and while one has nice smooth leaves the other one with the white flower looks a little crumpled to me. Is this normal or do I need to treat it, or help it along somehow?

Sorry I don't anything about these, I have a couple and I make sure they are watered daily (morning) or don't allow it to dry out to long.
