Phalaenopsis buds falling off

I planted a Phalaenopsis that was still blooming in my vivarium. It seemed to be doing great at first. It has a few flowers on it & a bunch more buds. But, in the last couple of days I've had a few buds turn a light brownish color & fall off. Could this be from being too wet? If not that, then what else could it be?

there are a number of possibilities - the mere shock of being transplanted while in bloom, or excessively warm temperatures come to mind first.

I would go along with stress. Hey, how close are you to Norwich???

Can you see the conditions of the roots?
It maybe kept way too wet.
