You will need to use the fertilizer and the calmag at separate waterings, and not mix them together, to avoid precipitation problems.
Put the nitrogen number 2.3 from your fertilizer into the calculator at First Ray's. It will tell you how much of your fertilizer to add to water to get the desired concentration. People use low levels for fertilizing at every watering, and higher levels if watering at longer intervals. I believe Ray suggests about 75-100 parts per million of nitrogen for use at each watering. His site discusses common concentrations used at different intervals.
