Diatomaceous earth for calcium? Male

The leaf is extremely dessicated. Either you haven't been watering enough of the roots are bad. Not enough water and too high light/temperature also cause blackening of new shoots.

Yeah i went to repot it last week because it's been looking so odd and was shocked at all the dead roots
