I don't see anything worrisome. The loss of the lower leaf is probably just shipping stress. If it came from the northern hemisphere, actually this is the time when new growth is just getting started - start watering when roots are 3-4 inches long. If you can't see the length of the roots, another clue is a second flush of roots that starts once the first batch is pretty well established.

If it came from the southern hemisphere, there are other contributors who are more knowledgeable than I am with regard to filpping seasons.
