New York City Area? Giving Away Orchids

**Giving away about 15 orchids**

Hi all, I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong place.

I am moving and need to give away about half my collection. Is anyone in the NYC area and can pick them up? I want my orchids to go to people with expertise who can properly care for them.

They need some TLC (most just need repotting). I haven't been able to give them the attention they need these last few years.

Here's what I'm giving away:

1. Den Phal (has tag but is buried)
2. Vanda Prao Sky (bare root in vase, condition fair - needs more consistent watering)
3. Vanda Robert's Delight Black (large in basket, pretty good condition)
4. Cattleya Anna Balmores Convex (never bloomed for me)
5. Cattleya Intermedia Marginata (small, never bloomed for me)
6. Epicattleya Mae Ching Hua Splash (mostly in leca and needs better medium)
7. Potinara San Damiono Chocolate Drop (needs tlc)
8. Oncidium Wildcat Golden Red Star (just bloomed, fair condition)
9. Five NOID phals

There may be more later.

Welcome
I have merged your duplicate posts. If a post is misplaced, an moderator can move it, but duplicates just confuse because the responses end up in muliple places.

That would be a great haul! If you don't get individual responses you might consider contacting local orchid societies to donate to. I'm sure they'd be able to take them asap. Will go to a great cause and have expert growers care for them.
