I agree with all of the responses so far. That looks like a perfectly healthy Phal. to me. From what I can see in the photos, it's just the very end of one root that has a purplish tinge to it, and there are no other issues with the plant's leaves, stem, or roots. Don't lose any sleep over it.
As I recall, several years ago, there were a number of popular YouTube "orchid experts" informing us about the dangers of fusarium, which resulted in an overblown panic by many inexperienced growers, and, sadly, probably a lot of healthy orchids that were destroyed due to a bit of purplish pigment here or there.
