Yes the flowers looks bit large if I google Twinkle flower images.

Yes it does have scent similar like Oncidium Twinkle 'Yellow Fantasy' (I had flowered this last year), that was the reason I was curious if it is any type of Twinkle but flowers are bit large as you mentioned.
