Phalaenopsis fell upside down on the ground and isn’t growing new leaves
One of my phalaenopsis orchids got knocked over by the cat and landed upside down on the floor. This broke off several leaves and it’s been months but no new leaves are growing. It still has some flowers on it but The leaves are starting to look pretty bad and I’m worried. Is it permanently damaged?
The roots are healthy. The potting mix looks old. The plant has been underwatered for quite a while, and I think that's why it hasn't made more leaves. Notice the linear wrinkles.
I would repot, make sure the existing roots are buried, and keep warm. Water as soon as it is almost dry; don't let it stay dry for long.It will eventually grow new leaves. It might grow a new crown lower on the stem.

Your best hope is to follow the advice from ES and hope that the root system is good, and that it produces a new basal growth - the crown (growth point) looks quite dead in that last photo. But if the roots are good, the odds favor development of a new basal growth (not a keiki, it's part of the mother plant and don't even think of trying to separate if if you get one, that would kill it for sure.)
