I am pretty new to orchid. Got the Oncidioda Pacific Pagan 1 and half month ago in 2.5 pots. Looks like she is very happy here. All new roots grow after she got here. Question: shall I repot her right now as new roots are above barks. Or wait until spring?
First of all, welcome.
I don't think you need to repot it as the pot size seems to be enough. About the spring as a repoting season, that is not true for all orchids. Some grow new roots in spring, other in autumn, other in summer or winter.
In your case, it seems root growing season was 1 month ago.
As rbarata wrote, you don't need to repot yet. Oncidiums and intergeneric Oncidium hybrids, like this one, should be repotted when they reach the edge of the container, or when the medium breaks down. The time to repot is when new roots are just beginning.
Oncidium hybrids often grow multiple times per year if conditions are right (temperature, humidity, light intensity, day length.) There is a good chance your plant will be ready for repotting next Spring.
You can read more about them in the Oncidium forum here. From the left yellow menu choose Forums and look for it.
