Welcome to the Orchid Board!
Your plant looks good. The roots are firm and healthy. These plants are grown for market in high-humidity, high-temperature greenhouses with ideal conditions, fertilizer and water. In typically cooler and less humid homes, they are not able to support as many leaves as they can with excellent conditions. It is very common for new Phals. to drop down to 3-5 leaves within the first few months of arriving at their new home.
It appears you repotted by dropping the old root mass into a new pot? It looks fine for now. I would not repot now.
I suggest reading a little here. From the left yellow menu choose Forums then Beginners. Near the top have a look at the sticky thread The Phal. abuse ends here. After that go to Forums - Phalaenopsis hybrids and look at the sticky thread at the top, growing advice from a master grower.
