Oh... That is a Den-phal type. It should be happy under Vanda conditions (warmth and lots of light) so no idea...

And you're sure these plants are large/mature enough to bloom? I'm at loss if the lights are bright enough (though we don't know what type of lights these are, maybe they're bright to human eyes but not to plants?), they're getting daylength changes, and the plant are mature enough to bloom.
