Hello all,newby novice here.
Have a sydney rock orchid that has deformed flower stems.hoping someone can tell me what i am doing wrong

It's really hard to tell from those small photos.
Have you applied any chemicals to it recently, especially those containing hormones?

Welcome. Has the weather been hot and/or with low humidity recently? Did you move the plant in relation to the light? Did it stay dry for a while?

Sometimes Dendrobium speciosum flower spikes get "caught" during the development phase. It looks like the one that hasn't opened yet will be normal.
