Den lendleyi not blooming

Hello,

I am fairly new to orchids and am still trying to figure out dormancy requirements for my Dendrobium lindleyi. This is my 3rd season of no success; however, I have managed to bloom my D. parishii under the same conditions. I held off on watering and fertilising, but did not institute a temperature drop during dormancy. Is temperature a much more crucial factor to get D. lindleyi to bloom?

Temperature drop is definitely important. My Den. lindleyi gets tortured and still blooms only irregularly for me. (its precious name was Den. aggretatum, Den. aggravatum is more like it).
