Hello! I've already asked a question about the new bare root phalaenopsis mini marks I've recently purchased but this one is a bit of a different case. I ordered two mini marks and when I opened one of them this other baby plant also fell out. I honestly could not tell if it was a previous keiki, main plant or just accidently thrown in the same package.

It looks like it had previously had a terminal spike or something growing from the middle of the crown. Most of its leaves fell off and I'm left this 1 yellow leaf that will also likely fall off however it does have roots and some haven't rotted away.. yet. I was thinking maybe if it recovers it might grow a keiki.

Let me know what you think or if it's a total lost cause. Thanks!

Side note - all the plants I pre ordered came bare root and not doing well, they were cheaper compared to other vendors but I'm still bummed - is it reasonable to feel this way or is this usually the case with orchid show/sales? It was my first time pre ordering but I also pre ordered from another vendor and though they were more expensive they came in way better condition. I guess you get what you pay for.
