Apple Blossom Assistance

Hello
recently i bought a iwanagaara apple blossom Orchid and the scent was beautifull and unfortunateley the flowers all dropped dead and i dont know why and i wonder if i overwatered them and i used Baby Bio??? need help to rescue this beautifull plant and will it grow again. I am profoundly deaf ok Thanks.
