Your plant has few, short roots. Your problem will be keeping it alive until it begins growing new roots. Consider somehow enclosing it to keep humidity high, and roots from drying out. If not, spray just the roots daily to keep them moist.

I would not succeed with such large bark. My near flowering sized seedlings, just a little smaller than your plant, are in seedling size bark.

Once it begins growing new roots they should grow down into the medium.
