need help with fertilising my orchids

i have four orchids; two vandas( aerides and trichoglottis), one dendrobium bigibbum, and a cymbidium aloifolium, all brought over in the course of one week.

the dendrobiums were bought from a nursery
the cymbidiums were a rescue, they got detached from the tree it was in and was fallen on the road so i brought it home.
the aerides was bought from an orchidarium
and the trichoglottis was recieved from a friend who bought it online but couldnt take care of it.

before i was using a fertilizer that i got from the nursery where i bought the dendrobium. it was an organic food powder that they made themselves and they were using it.
those ran out, and now i want to buy npk fertilisers but i dont have much knowledge on what composition do i get them for each of my orchids, and what is the dosage and how frequently do i use them.
i tried to refer from the culture sheets available in the american orchid society website but i couldnt figure out.

can someone help me?
