Anyone have Cynorkis-guttata and keep them moist during dormancy? I know that Gibbosa stay moist during dormancy, but I dont know if Guttata need a similar treatment?
I don't grow this one, so my advice is based on a guess... Here is the habitat description from IOSPE
"Found in Madagascar in open humid woods, grasslands, forest and woodland margins and in marshlands in peaty soils at elevations 500 to 2000 meters"
I don't think that habitat experiences extreme dryness in winter. Less rain maybe, but not dry. I think I'd treat it pretty much like gibbosa, maybe not quite so wet but keep rather moist through dormancy.

I think I will try to dig mine up and try to repot it in a another container.
