Default miltoniopsis with yellowing leaves

I feel this guy is dying a slow and miserable death. I already killed half the plant and kept the "healthy rootless" part and it was doing fine and growing new roots much to my suprise. Now it has dying leaves! They start dying at the base and go up the leaf. I thought at one point I read if it starts yellowing at the base and goes up its fungal or bacterial?? I cant remember which. How do i treat this? Is this funficide safe for orchids? I have another milt no where near this one and its now doing the same but its the leaves on the new growth please help

Yellowing, browning or blackening leaves in a home environment are usually caused by growing conditions, not fungus. Miltoniopsis like very high humidity, high light, cool temperatures and excellent air circulation. If you live in a cold-weather part of the US and need to heat your home, it's going to be hard to give a Miltoniopsis what it wants.

Try putting it into a cooler and more humid environment, with lots of light. Fungicide won't help because this isn't a fungus issue.
