Default What’s wrong with my Cattleya

I went on holiday for a few weeks and while gone I had a friend water my orchids. When I returned I noticed the end of a leaf changing colors then spreading to this.

What is this and how do I treat it

Can't say for sure what's happening, but I'd cut off the leaf about 1/2" into the unaffected, green area and use a Q-tip to dab the wound with cinnamon.

I have cut it off and dabbed with cinnamon. Should I spray with physan 20?
