Mini Mark Holmes Spike or Root?

Here are a couple of pics of my Phal. equestris, and it's Keikis. The Keiki with the larger leaf has been there a while but still hasn't grown any roots. The smaller one came out with 2 leaves a root tip and a bloom all at once! The new spike is blooming out nicely.

Mini Mark is slowly maturing. It's formed a few distinct fat buds as the spike continues to grow. It looks like repotting hasn't bothered it in the least.

I know what you mean Charm, but I finally settled for smaller and it has rewarded me with two spikes. Buds should be opening in a couple of weeks, I'll post then.
