Try using super glue to hold it togeather and get rid of that tape.
Soak in KLN & Superthrive, then put it into a ziplockbag with spagnum in a warm shady spot. and hope for the best.
Soooo... who's trash can was it any way?
Anyone we know?

Neighbors trash
(neighbor is a plant nut that.....has......lots of.....phases??? ) Last thrown out plant was a cactus....perfectly good cactus too....
So yes, now I am on the look out for saveable plants

That is OK...
I used to salvage the plants my mom would give up on.
I had my own space for them... most of the time I was able to bring them back.
