Are these grow lights too bright? Female
Question Are these grow lights too bright?

Hi all,
I have purchased these two types of grow lights.

Grow light 1: https://a.co/d/9zkJb8w
Grow light 2: https://a.co/d/bOJpZDJ

I used them for a couple months, but I had concerns that they were too bright..so i stopped using them, and switched to purely window growing. I plan to expand my collection (indoors) quite a bit, so I know I will need to use them again at some point. I am only growing Phalaenopsis, Cattleyas, and Dendrobriums.

This is the current layout: Light set up - Album on Imgur

My question is: Are these too bright for any of the plants I am growing? If so, would arranging them with one on each side be a solution?

Thank you for your help in advance. 🙏🩷

EDIT: I found out that the bottom ones are not NEARLY bright enough.
The bottom strips are around 180 candle lights each, and the top bulbs get to 1080 candle lights. (estimate, doing math just from googling comparisons)
So, I will have to get more lights!!

Default

If you do have very bright lights, you can raise them farther above the plants.
