New leaf flopping on Angraecum sesq. Female

In my experience, angraecums like lots of water but not being wet. Mine were surviving when potted in spagnum and bark mix but they really picked up speed when re potted in lecca with a resevoir of water at bottom of the pot (semi-hydro).
